No, my guess is Sawatari is 22-23 and Ochiai is 26-27. I'm pretty certain that's where Sawatari is, but Ochiai could be anywhere between 24-30 (less likely to be close to 30 though)
I would say Sawatari is 26 and Ochiai 29 (I have the feeling she got married very very young)
