For example Hansa and Jester would dab on every master in Zero or SN.
Lion King timeline Big Saber would dab on even Extella Saber when she got no nerf.

Servant level just means they can fight on par with a servant. Roa getting his butt kicked by a mid tier servant in the Fate worldline doesn't mean Ciel can't fight a defensive battle against a low tier servant.

Because the version of Roa in the events of Tsukihime is considerably weaker than when he possessed Elisia or in his original Body, remember that Ciel has insane Magical Circuits to back up her using Roa's magic plus the Remake version has a ridiculous hax thanks to having the Idea Blood of several Dead Apostles on top of the 7th Holy Scripture being buffed immensely. Honestly Remake Ciel would probably solo most servants even ignoring her Immortality.
