What was the point of Ultra ego if it will never be used?

You idiotic bastard. Did you not pay any attention to the fact that after he admitted that he's a novice at using it due to his mental state that he went back to it against the fight with Gas? The whole Bardock flashback was to tell Goku and Vegeta right off the bat they were using their forms incorrectly and forgot the most important thing. The form is a complete mess cause Vegeta is an idiot. But they won't drop the entire concept given all the wasted time put into it. If anything we'll get a redesign through its "evolution" that will be damage control.

Because Toei hasn't animated yet. Marketing is a funny thing where everyone wants a slice of the pot but nobody wants to share or sacrifice a portion of their overall gains. Shueisha is supremely stubborn and most certainly wouldn't be willing to allow the manga stuff to be used so hastily without their say. It's all but obvious that they canceled the anime from going forward since they want the manga to be at the forefront of the series outside of movies. So only once there are enough chapters will they bring back the anime. Even the most pigheaded, obstructed fool knows that. The fact that Toyo can't freely name stuff he makes from the manga is a clear indication that Shueisha and Toei are going to work together once again for DB. Especially for the sake of future games.

So it's no surprise we haven't gotten any game content with the manga since Toei didn't animate it yet. They're waiting for the anime since the anime is much easier to convoy than telling people to read the manga to get the spoiler form.

Hell with regards to thinks not being animated yet I think the card game still doesn't have any Moro arc content, but if I remember right most art for that is lifted direct from anime so that's not a surprise

Super Hero has literally all the makings of a filler story.
