Dude, at this point he isn't drawing the manga, he is just doing sketches and his assistants do the rest. The thing about authors like Togashi is that they're talented and their storyboards are unique, you take them out and people are going to notice. Shit looks simple but mangakas drawing even the storyboards for spin-off mangas has been a trend now.
