Her fucktarded philosophy is not the law of nature, any species with that philosophy would die off because they wouldn't protect their young. Furthermore, people can be a boon to their community for other qualities than strength, her philosophy would get rid of many useful people just because muh stronk. Finally, strength is fleeting, everybody ages, weakens and dies, everybody has a bad day or bad luck.
