I was wondering, how much control the death note have over external events? Can I write that someone will go out in the rain in 10 days, stay at an specific spot and die due to a lightning? This would give me the power to control rain and have a lightning hit an specific point of my choice. We have seen that a person can be killed by another person if the death is accidental like the criminal who panics and flee the bus getting run over immediately so could I make it so a person is hit by a car with another specific person driving and even if it is an accident the driver will never be able to prove his innocence?
