Only hyper autists liked this show at the time. Outlaw star was infinitly better

But do you specifically like it?

Rurouni Kenshin runs circles around it

It's ugly and boring, so no.

I can't remember if it was good or not

You are not missing out.

I didn't like the silly stuff, but overall it was OK. I think liked the film better as a whole.

Yes I like it, also this is 2022 Trigun btw

Vash&Chisato
>same blonde hair
>same red clothing
>same bullet dodging skill
>same cheerful personality
>same ideal, shoot to save, not killing enemies
both have mechanical body parts
bad guys try to mindfuck them into killing machine

Wolfwood&Takina
>same black hair
>same dark clothing
>same serious personality
>same various weapons skill/sharp shooter
shoot to kill, then got character development and try not to kill anymore

cringe

What did you expect?

>we

It's kino. Vash is the all time best non-lethal protagonist in anything because it's presented more as a character trait than some absolutely correct moral imperative, he gets tested on it incredibly hard throughout the series and it isn't always the right thing to do. It's not presented like Batman where OH NO BRUCE WHEN YOU CROSS THE LINE OF KILLING PEOPLE WITH 4 DIGIT+ BODY COUNTS YOU'LL BECOME THEM

That said it is odd that the best episode in an overly stylized scifi western is the psychological horror one about kids on a spaceship.

I love it.

>non-lethal protagonist
>they all have guns and shit
Trigun is pure unfiltered trash and Vash is 100% a faggot

I just finished it yesterday and I must say I liked it. Vash was initially the goofy, carefree protagonist, but as the series progressed I realized he was actually a guy who suffered a lot and even felt sorry for Vash. Another character that fascinated me was Nicholas D. Wolfwood and I'm sorry that...

Anyway, it was a good anime from start to finish and I seriously doubt the new adaptation will be any better.

>Houseki no Kuni isn't getting a second season because of this
