I really liked it, it has beautiful backgrounds, the soundtrack is great, OP and EDs too. Its really just CGDCT but with ninja stuff. Mokuren is pure sex because of her lewd outfit, that contrasts with her personality.
What ED is your favorite? Too bad we didn't get a hag ED with stills, because it sounds great.

Well, I'm glad you gave it a chance and enjoyed it, user. I believe everyone wasn't expecting this anime to be that soulful, enjoyable and comfy to watch, especially in my case.
Yeah, you missed a lot of funny threads we have had up to this day. Every day waiting for the next episode to come out in Saturday alongside the other Kunoichi Anons was greatest fun I've had, seriously, I never felt that much fun in Any Forums since 2010 or 2012. We occasionally had a few shizos such as the Ban evader Map shizo, the Reddit x family shizo and the other shizo whose existence I forgot.
Also, Tsubaki > Mokuren.

What chapter should I pick up the manga if I've watched the anime?

The Anime adaptation rearranged a lot of stuff and skipped a few chapters that are interchangeable with each other such as the one chapter where Benisumomo attempts to capture Rindou and the other chapter where Hinagiku attempts to kidnap Rindou to confirm whether she really is cute. Reading the manga from chapter 1 is highly adviced.

the different EDs were great so even if not all characters got their focus episodes (poor dragons), atleast they got their own little ED spotlight
anime shuffles chapters around, shortens a bunch and skips a few. if you really don't want to start from 1 then chapter 28. it's the eating contest from the last few moments of the anime but is more expanded in manga (and I think it's a nice chapter)

The expanded fight scenes were great. They did add a couple of scenes like this, which are an improvement over the manga.

I absolutely agree with your sentiment. Mind you, Kunoichi Tsubaki is a monthly manga with 18-20 pages per month.
The additions and little changes they did with the manga felt so natural and believable to the point where Anime-onlies thought that some scenes were part of the manga, at some point before I binged through the manga I also thought half of the ChinChin scene were part of the manga but as soon as I reached the scene in the manga, I realized it was greatly expanded and was utterly surprised how Cloverwork captured the style & soul of the manga perfectly.
