The green highlight indicates if a series just released its new volume that month. SxF has been living off all its backlogs this year with the sole exception of April, when volume 9 was released. If you’ve noticed, it never left the top 20 before the anime even started. So once the anime started, that really increased the backlog sales. The editor of SxF has been making announcements that the series has been constantly going through reprints for all its volumes, it’s getting close to sold out.
