A group of high school girls who happen to attend different schools just spend their days chatting after school in a cafe near their homes, living their high school lives in a care free manner.

They're not actually girls, they're really aliens who have infiltrated humanity to determine whether we'll be ignored, conquered, given status as a trade partner, or just exterminated. All the nonsensical conversations were using coded language. The code is revealed in supplemental materials, allowing viewers to learn of the plans being discussed. Then, after the last episode viewers can go online and vote for which option the aliens to decide on, and there would be an OVA showing an epilogue showing that outcome.

It's like Charlie's Angels. The five girls are actually all secret agents who work for a man and they all still go to school. But the secret agent identity is just secondary and the majority of the time it'a a sol high school anime.

Maybe a 6th innawoods Kaczynski-type hermit wildcard girl could make occasional appearances too.
It would never happen since it's a honeypot waiting to happen, but if it DID happen it would be a really fun show.

A group of magical interdimensional lolis are tasked by the dark emperor to cross a portal to the human world and conquer humanity. But then they find out that their magic doesn't work in the human world and that humans are far stronger than they thought. Now they are stranded in the human world without magic and without being able to open the portal, so they must learn how to use human science to achieve their mission and return to the other dimension. Comedy ensues due to their poor understanding of human society and their incompetence for living without magic.
