Moral of the story? Stop being a neet and get a job...

Yeah, if only it was that easy

no wonder the author joined a cult

Worse is you still feel like shit after you do it.

cope harder. he went through bad time and now is back to writing. the point of the story is to keep trying not that getting a job will fix everything

Let me unplug your internet. You're going out faster than light, like a rat.

How is that the moral of the story? The protagonist looked like he had a ton of fun while doing drugs, preventing people from killing themselves, talking photos of JCs, and generally just goofing off.

The moral was that it wasn't so difficult to find a job.

>Yeah, if only it was that easy
didn't learn a thing

It took me a year of discipline to finally escape the neet life
Forced myself to leave the house every other day and just stare outdoors for an hour
Grew to a few hours
Spiraled down to just having a brisk walk
Jog
Full blown workout

I am now at my second year. I used my strength to build a garden (tilling the soil and digging canals took me a month) to prepare for the upcoming food shortages

And I got a job

It isn't easy but it is worth it
Don't look back. Forgive yourself and repent

Everyone wastes their 20's over nonsensical things

It is. You faggots just pussy out because you don't get your dream job in the first minute of job hunting. But you can get a shit job easy, and once you have a shit job you can find a better job all the easier.

>get a job
>feel even worse

now what

extremely fucking based
i did something similar, ended up taking up programming, got a career now, had a few relationships even
ganbatte user

because becoming a wageslave isn't the answer in fact it might make things worse

Accept the crudeness of reality and have sex.

You see, man
That's the logical failure

The real reason is because you went from living in a small room to being flooded by social cues

You are going to relearn how to live the real life
Keep it slow

Good for you user

you completely missed the fucking point
the real moral of the story is
>just be normal
Satou was just "depressed", he didnt have any mental illness that mattered, wasnt a complete idiot etc.
for him it was enough to get a job and just bee himself
remember that gaming kid?
he didnt change
he was an actual loser NEET
Satou was just a failed normalfag

for real though, humans are designed to be productive, being a lazy shit sitting on your ass all day goes against our programming, thats why neets are all a bunch of depressed fucks.

not every job is a good job though, working retail is worse than being a fucking neet.

>doing drugs
he's not drugged in the anime

maybe in japan

Nah
Office job is
I was a neet who got office because PC = good, right?

Wham! 0 contact with the outside world
No social circle
Locked in a cubicle
Not even a fucking sunlight or fresh air

Lasted only 3 months
My non-neet friend worked on it for 5 years, became manager, and he told me how he signed his 2 weeks but failed and just left because he was already suicidal

If you are recovering, do manual and social.
Just don't overwork

i also felt way better when i was a neet (ofc thanks to my parents)

I too took up gardening: the lettuce got cooked by the sun, the pepper plants eaten by deer, tomatoes busted open on their vines, squash rotted in standing water, corn dried out despite being waterlogged, celantro never sprouted, carrots too killed by standing water, peas grew a single pea pod before dying, broccoli never bloomed, the spinach matured but died after I harvested a leaf.

Only successful thing has been watermelons, whose vines have overtaken every other soil plot and dropped melons on top of other crops.

Poor guy
I already harvested my chili, lettuce, and bitter gourd and am harvesting more
Pumpkins are growing well
