I ever cared about Tomoko Kuroki and Yuu-chan, I don't see why I should care about these newly added characters (who are technically not new anymore but I don't care). They are ot why I started reading the manga and they kind of took over it. There were far more interesting places this manga could have gone, should have gone deeper into Tomoko's and Yuu-chan's relationship. Yuu is someone who has what Tomoko has, but you can hear implications in her own song that she is unhappy with it as she doesn't have the freedom Tomoko has, this duality could have been amazing. It's a shame Yuu was dealt such a bad hand.

Tomoko does like Yuu-chan for sure. She had a lot of fun hanging out with her at the festival, Tomoko is just someone who doesn't realize the important things near her and what actually makes her happy, ifs he realizes it's either far later or too late. Early she kept wanting to be popular when that wasn't what would ever actually make her happy. Tomoko is too angry and prideful to notice what's right in front of her sometimes.
