You wouldn't actually not watch a good romance story over the genders of the characters would you user? You do just watch good romance regardless of any genders do you?

This anime had shit porn.

ESL threads are always a headache to read.

OP's post is correct though, I think you're the ESL here.

>You do just watch good romance regardless
Since when is "romance" a noun? Romance what? Romance anime? This sentence is missing words. Also who the fuck uses a double negative like that?

Kill yourself you ban-evading crocofag spammer.

gay romances are cringe and I prefer to avoid them
nah, I agree with the faggot above, who the fuck writes
>wouldn't actually not watch
t. esl

Romance is obviously a noun, what you mean to say since when it's something one can watch, which is perfectly normal usage. The double negative is also perfectly fine you just have difficulties reading it and it in fact adds a different nuance than using a simple positive.
I'm also not the original crocposter. I just thought it was funny to get on the train and name it funny.png too.

sod off crocofag

I.t.t.: proof that people who would avoid good romance over gender have such low brain power that they can't handle a simple double negative.
You people seriously aren't not very dumb.

As long as they're cute.
Either gender can be an ugly bastard.

I don't like yaoi.
the only good yuri is usually in some obscure manga or some manga Any Forums doesn't know about.
all that's left is hetero couples which I enjoy a lot.

>gender
I'll watch romance regardless of the sex*, but I won't watch BL if there is no trap.

Is it just me or is translating “otoko” to “man” in this context weird? I feel people would say “guy” or “boy” in English.
Like, people use “otoko” in Japanese quite easily for 5 year old children but I don't think they're often called “man” in English.
Like people don't really ask in English “Aww what a cute baby, is that a man or a woman?”

It's just you. Grown men use otoko.

You will never be a woman

That's just not true at all in Japanese, “otoko” is very often used for children.
There are exactly 9 results on Google for ”the baby is a man" "赤ちゃんは男" has millions of hits, almost all of which are normal sentences such as “あの赤ちゃんは男だと思う” or "赤ちゃんは男か女かで大モメだゾ"

Yeah. Straight, yaoi and yuri romance is all fine by me.

I've yet to see a /u/ or /y/ series where the romance was actually compelling. Usually there's little actual chemistry beyond "the fans want to see them fuck".

No, because I'm not gay

That's because it wasn't porn. It's a deeply intellectual thinking man's wank.

I'd prefer if it had been porn, though.
And not cancelled.

That's such nonsense.
People have often pointed out that in girly romances it's basically exactly the same thing when they make the protagonist male, or the love interest female.
Like take Netuzou trap, it's really your standard love story with:
>Mean bad guy love interest
>Kind good guy love interest
>Bad guy is the obvious winner from the start
>Internal turmoil conflict monologs
But now the bad guy is female.

watching romance at all is already gay as fuck so no

I also think most straight romance stories are shit as well, but in that case I've at least seen exceptions.
