Why is Chainsaw Man allowed to show blood everywhere and uncensored gore but most other shonen anime aren't?

Because they're special. The demon slayer anime got special treatment for it's last arc too.
Because that's the only think that will carry the anime. Story is shit but the fights and gore are pretty good n over the top action. Maybe we'll see a remergence of manime down line.
because aside blood and gore CSM has absolutely nothing going on for it
the airtime slot
I don't think you understand what gore is, this is just blood splatters hiding everything
thats not gore you mong
That one scene in kny where Muzan mutates that one girl in the alleyway into a melted blob was more unsettling than anything in csm. The "gore" in csm is far too over the top and comical to be disturbing.
Mappa should genuinely be sued for purposefully sabotaging SNK, they clearly could've delivered a great anime judging by this latest CSM trailer which is most likely scenes from the show since it's too late for it to be pre-animated, but they falsely advertised and left the fans hanging with their ps2 tier cgi adaptation.
How is this not grounds for a legal case? does Japan not have anti-false advertisement legislation?
Because it's a seinen in spirit. A 'soft-seinen', if you will.
watch more anime normie
Red blood: schlock.
Purple blood: kino.
>Purple blood: kino.
I'm afraid of what you must think of danganronpa then
A - timeslot
B - most "blood and gore" comes from monsters (devils) so no one cares
Chainsaw Man is seinen.
It depends on where it is airing. KnY and AoT were allowed to as was HxH when it's timeslot was moved
"special" here means they payed more so they would let them do it of course, and the ds anime payed for s1 too, it's not news
I wonder if they will fix gore in the anime. Fujimoto made every type of gut look the same, as if human had only intestines inside its body.
I was just reminded of that god awful Tokyo Ghoul anime where they just put black bands over the gore at every episode and you had to wait for the bluray release.
any chances CSM gets the same treatment?
>any chances CSM gets the same treatment?
It would normally depend on the air time and the kind of contract they have with the TV channels but MAPPA's bank account depends on CSM being successful so I'm sure they took care of that and there won't be any problems
Timeslot and TV station's own guidelines.
HxH during Hunter Exam ~ Heaven's Arena was airing at 10am sundays, they replaced many instances of blood and gore, like Killua wrapping the guy's heart in a bag and handing it over to him instead of crushing it, or Hisoka turning a guy's arms into butterflies instead of showing the stumps. Then it changed to a nighttime slot during early York Shin and they started showing more blood and gore.
