Its only really kind of implied during the Clear fight where her and Kiyomaro are "fighting on the same wavelength". Though, as I said, she's the least likely to have ended up with him.
Koko was also pretty much written out of the story after Zophis was defeated and is basically never mentioned again as far as I can remember.
Its probably Zatch's version of Baou he's going to have created himself. He probably didn't want to use his dad's version anymore. Zeon created his own ultimate spell so it wouldn't surprise me if Zatch created a nicer version of Baou.
