Technically we do have an ending, somewhat. But really, Vagabond is still an unfinished work. And probably, never will. Inoue I think have an issue with finishing something. Even Slam Dunk's final arc was rushed to hell. Remember Eye Shield 21's international tournament, kinda that but less characterization.
