I completely agree with that user's theory that Ely will end up having the ability to copy other people's powers. Fits too well with her thief theme and the last chapter and the fact that they specifically avoided mentioning what her power was in those character intro cards in an earlier chapter.

I can see it happening, with the caveat that she can't copy a beast's power since they're clearly special in regards to the overall plot and their connection to Mother or whatever the eldtrich hand choujin is called.

I have a feeling that he might come back later on for her character arc......or maybe it will confirmed that he's dead in a couple of chapters and her mother's former gang members will let her of her mother's past, who knows. I guess you can easily make characters who had a deep connection to Ely's mother given we don't know much about her at the moment.

I dont know about him going evil, but i expect him to go through some changes since the opening page of the first chapter kinda hinted towards it, potentially losing parts of his humanity etc. But it probably wont happen until further down the story. I agree with the rest and I personally want to see Nari back in the story. For plot reasons it could be nice because she has intel on Noh Mask and Tokio could potentially team up with her.

Generally, people get hooked on 3rd chapter and it keeps getting better. First 2 chapters can confuse, especially second one, but they have a lot of setup for later parts.
