Stone Ocean just wasn't very exciting, IMO. With every stand being a full-on puzzle, you get very little basic hype or catharsis in the usual modes.

Its story is very good, however. Its moments of comedy are pretty good, if few and far between. But I don't really think it worked as well as the more action-driven, character-focused stories where a lot of things are told through subtext in 4 and 5.

It's obvious from the trailer alone. David Productions made low efforts since the first episode, which is supposed to be the most engaging to keep the viewers. So I have no reason to believe that the quality will magically increase.

Where do they end at?

Supposedly at the prison escape, after Jail House Lock.
