All the voices are fine including Makima's. Sounding young and soft is fine and adds to the dissonance once you find out more about who she really is. It also adds to the contrast in seeing someone high ranking with a lot of authority appear as a young woman instead. People who are legitimately upset should consider how knowing the full story already warps their judgment.
