Any Forums doesn't discuss good anime OP, you should know this by now. A decade ago when I first watched Gunbuster I remember thinking Diebuster was superior to it in every way. But now that I've rewatched both of them I love Gunbster and hate Diebuster. Diebuster is otaku trash. It feels like it's an anime made by otakus for otakus. And it also suffers from being a self-parody of itself. Nono is a generic 1-dimenisional moeblob with no personality. Anyone else have a similar experience?
With that said, Diebuster arguably has the greatest ending in the history of anime. I won't spoil it if OP hasn't seen it yet.

While I do think that Diebuster isn't as good as Gunbuster, it was still a pretty fun anime with a few good messages.
