The transition to Marley had plenty of problems, but it did so many things right. Eren's defection, his conversation with Reiner, and his attack on the Warhammer titan. His confrontation with Mikasa and Armin to show her Ackerman blood. His takeover of the government with Floch. And later him betraying Zeke and convincing Ymir to give him the Coordinate.
The first half of the post-TS had amazing highlights that really made you hope for a 10/10 ending. Too bad those faggot warrior kids were useless, Levi turned into an angry plot device, Armin was the obvious infallible author self-insert, and everything about Annie and the cringevengers. The worst part was insteas of Eren's freedom autism goling back 2000 years to influence Ymir, Isayama decuded to make Eren the slave. God it all went so wrong.
