And its been proven time and time again that Quirks do affect people personality. So the more weird and complex Quirks get, the more likely is for an individual to be unable to cope with their Quirk, and just become a villain.
So... yeah. By the next generation, we will have Eri level villains, with messed up personalities like Toga.
How the fuck is the story supposed to deal with that? Or end in any positive note, with that fact already presented?

ShiggyFO will get OFA, and somehow he will able to absorb every quirk in the world by touching the ground. Because he understands his quirk fucked his life up, and so he can become a hero by saving the entire world.

its a myth created due to afo messing with people's quirks and ujiko thinking it was a real phenomenon. the quirk thing wll stabilize like deku's arms and the number of dangeroys babies will be an exception not norm
