how did the adaptation change the manga?

Manga was a fast jumpscare out of nowhere, adaptation made the setup too slow.

This, he just stands there for half a minute waving his noodle arms going "lol you can see me". It was the only part of the story I thought the anime did a really poor job of adapting. But to be fair, they really knocked it out the park later with Zen's mother

>muh balloon boy
It's literally the same in the anime and the manga.
Based.

Or maybe consider the obvious fact that when you watched the anime you already knew how the scene would play out and there wasn't the element of surprise anymore as when you first saw it in the manga.
Fucking retard.

Shiki's butchering of Arcueid in Tsukihime. Tsukihime in general to be honest.

all of the molasses slow fight scenes in any episode of ranma, even the good ones.

Why didn't it bother me with every other ghost then?

Unreasonable expectations for a random nothing burger scene.
First episode and people were already "hyped" for the balloon boy.
I did read the manga before the anime got to that point and thought it was fine.

I did consider that and read the manga again, and nope, it was definetly the adaptation.

We're talking about anime, user.

We never got to see Riko's cute breasts in the anime.

DAYUM

But naked Reg was fine as expected of double standards.

That's basically anything with loli lewd in modern anime industry.

Or her lower back, in the newest season.
