In all seriousness, I think even moving half the velocity, any top speed or sudden movement shown in the anime, I believe would easily break their backs and or legs. One of the few animes where I think adding more clothing would make more sense

It's all fantasy to the extreme. The wind sheer on their eyes at say 130mph is enough to damage their eyes over time. These old planes could hit 440mph by the way. Now the magic they output is enough to give all the girls super strength since they are handling portable machine guns and even crew served weapons with two hands. Some witches are even firing full cannons in some instances.
Ultimately it's all explained away with magic.
