Momo has come such a long way from the flying eel we met all the way in Punk Hazard.
This is a great payoff to his character physical and emotional growth, going from someone who couldn’t even ask for help until being asked directly to do so, to now being strong enough to understand when help shouldn’t even be asked for.
It really is great to see the character other than the Straw Hats get their individual highlights, and I’m sure there will be more payoffs like this as we see other old characters again.

Absolutely love the panel of the 4 top fighters of the Strawhats chilling there, fully aware that there's a fucking admiral on the island but just letting it play out and then complimenting Momo, they're so proud because they all witnessed him develop like we did as readers.
Just thinking back to Aokiji meeting them, they were completely outclassed and at his mercy. Now they're like just like "oh an admiral. Let's see how Momo does, we'll jump in if necessary."

WOW, this was such an awesome chapter.
Ryokugyu's devil fruit is crazy good and the fact that he's mastered it to be able to counteract it's weaknesses shows just how good the admirals are.
The lore drop about Wano and of course Pluton hype. Just open those borders already damnit.

Shanks was on Roger’s crew when they already had all four road poneglyphs, right up until just before Laugh Tale, so presumably he doesn’t need to make copies because he knows where the final island is.

Seeing the monster trio and Jinbei really shows alot of parallels with Kaido and Big Mom to be quite frank.
• Luffy’s Kaido or Big Mom
• Zoro’s King or Katakuri since he’s the #2 of the crew
• Sanji would be Queen or presumably Smoothie for being the #3
• Jinbei’s Jack or Cracker.
Which from my POV makes Zoro, Sanji, and Jinbei like Kaido’s Calamities or BM’s Sweet Commanders. Major difference is that unlike Sanji, Queen’s shown to be extremely incompetent and Smoothie doesn’t get to do a whole lot while not being that impressive either. And Jinbei isn’t a punching bag or an arrogant and overconfident prick that got beaten by his own food.
(And the fact that Luffy still has morals and just lets everything do their own thing and not ruling with an iron fist.)
There’s even a major difference in how the crew functions compared to them. The Beast Pirates are all brawn no brain which essentially makes them disorganized as fuck, and practically the weakest Emperor’s crew to exist as a result. Meanwhile, the BM crew are full of brains as they’re dangerously and skillfully organized but seem to lack proper firepower and seem to heavily rely on the Sweet Commanders (especially Katakuri) for such. And BM’s a loose cannon with her hunger pangs etc so that often puts a dent in them.
The SHs just happen to have both qualities, strong firepower and coordination. The major flaw is just Luffy being the massive idiot that we all know and the fact that everyone else is either reckless or naive.
And side notes since it’s all gotten overshadowed by Shanks:
• If what Momo said towards Yamato doesn’t indicate that the chances of her staying in Wano are zero, idk what will.

Momo finally used Blast Breath but it seems like he can only use it under extreme stress. And considering it worked, it only adds up evidence that Vegapunk lied about the artificial DF being a failure.

But they had to have missed the room that odens dad was in and that he's in now with robin. So I'm pretty sure they went straight down beside the staircase and are underneath , I thought they fell in lava.they are much lower. The first image the room underground is level to the bottom of the lake, in the next picture Kaido and big mom in the lava are level with the ocean floor, below the bottom of the waterfall, below the bottom of the lake. And oluton should be inside old wano which is just at the bottom of the lake. But there could be another underground that's underwater.
