One Piece: Is this the biggest strong captain to shitty crew ratio in the OP world?

Why is Law's crew so dogshit? Seems like even CP9 from enies lobby could take them out easily. They wouldn't even need Lucci or Kaku to take them out, jabra can solo the entire crew.

What killed the hype?

Beast pirates

Does Bonney even have any crew?

Yamato

Me

I don't know about all that, but I honestly want to see Law interact with his crew when not with the Strawhats. Kid's, Killer's abd Kid crew interactions during Wano and throughout the raid made me like their crew even more. I'd like to see that with the Heart Pirates. Crew banter is always good.

She has, like, 3 dudes, all unnamed so far

Every crew that isnt a yonko, Pirate king or Rocks crew is trash

Not anymore.

Yes. My personal headcanon is that her crew consists of a bunch of people who have bought her food.

>forgot Capone
Also considering they’re all pretty much background characters, it’s whatever. Bepo a cute. If they were all straw hat level beasts Law wouldn’t need to basically join the Strawhats and have an excuse to always be in the story.

It does kinda feel Law was meant to be a proper Joiner in some places and Oda was going to reveal the Heart Pirates were dead so he just made them regular jobbers, but then just decided against it.

Would've loved to have seen Bepo backing Law up in the Kaido/Big Mom fight like Zoro and Killer did for Luffy and Kidd.

because he alone is more brokenly OP than the entire strawhat crew sans Luffy.

Jean Bart is a former pirate captain.
In the Law novel, Bepo couldn't control his sulong form, but it's something.

Apparently a submarine crew should be 134 people, but a SSBN(sub surface ballistic nuclear) can be manned by 14 people. Of course they originally only had 4 crew members, but more dudes to man the submarine might've been the idea rather than getting tough dudes for fights. I'm not sure if this is headcanon or mentioned somewhere, but some of Laws crew are probably patients he saved.

she has a crew of simps whose main purpose is to find good food for her. she also streams on a twitch den den mushi.

Yeah me too.

I THINK ODA FUCKED IT UP THIS CHAPTER
WHATS THE FUCKING POINT OF STILL HAVING LAW, SPECIALLY IN TALKING ABOUT PLUTON, AND WHY THE FUCK CANT ROBIN JUAT WAIT FOR THE FUCKING AFTERPARTY
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ODA WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING LEAVE LAW ALONE AND SEND HIM TO SHIT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I never got the impression that he would join. he was too strong, and the crew already has a strong swordsman (zoro). It would be redundant. Every crewmember has their own fighting style. Even Yamato fights with a club, not a sword, so for Oda it's ok.

Law will stay until the final chapter, he's literally part of luffy's crew

I never realized there’s a woman

Oda will probably confirm that Law and Robin ended up together in the schmaltzy "10 years later" final chapter after he inevitably rushes through the ending and resolves none of the mysteries.

Pluton is a giant nuclear submarine and Law would pilot it in the final battle

Yeah, it was more like he got a Joiner arc that sorta echoed Nami’s without him possibly being able to join because of his place in the story, position as crew captain and the fact the crew already has a Doctor and a Swordsman. If the crew explicitly needed a tactician I might have suspected, but they don’t ever listen to his plans anyway so it’s moot kek

I guess he kinda Joined/is considered nakama by the way he keeps showing up and meshing in with the crew but still very much belongs with his own ship and family.
