I like when the winner isn’t the main girl. What are some other examples besides these 2?

Chihiro was an asspull to subvert expectation and no amount of mental gymnastic can convince me otherwise
You’re not wrong. I really wish they did more to build her up while the goddess arc was happening.
BEHOLD
I feel like they intended to have her as the endgame for awhile, but also that they meant to have another arc with her to cement it which ended up being cut when the series was axed.
Botan!
best girl
this was debatable if you consider first girl as main girl
They deserved to be in series with better endings.
>best girl shows up two-thirds of the way through was obviously never going to win
many such cases, very sad
Akamatsu retconned the original timeline user.
Who's the right one
>user don't recognize Eri from School Rumble
Man I feel old.
>When the nips's autism is so strong that they would rather end up retconning the whole timeline/universe rather than have the main girl/first girl lose.
For fuck sake!
Yeah this is how I'd put it too. She fits as a winner thematically and when I think back on it the pieces were there, it was just so incredibly unsatisfying and sudden when it locked in. If we had cut the entire final arc and just ended with Ayumi's win it would've made a far better ending, not because it made more sense, but just because the story leading up to it was infinitely more satisfying.
School Rumble really needs a modern retake like Fruits Basket and LoGH received DNT is fine people complain too much
I'm sure it''d still do very well in the modern anime environment unlike a lot of old classics. Eri's still one of the best tsunderes ever anyways
What manga is this?
Ookami Shounen wa Kyou mo Uso wo Kasaneru
Thanks bro
SOON
No, the original timeline stay as what it is, that UQ Holder ending with harem end was the third of fourth timeline lol
>Eri
>winning
I wish
