If you're an anime-only: (optionally Fate/Stay Night 06 >) Unlimited Blade Works > Heaven's Feel > Zero
Otherwise, for Fate: The F/SN visual novel, then the Fate/Zero light novel and Fate/Hollow Ataraxia in any order.
Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai are different franchises, but contain the same basic concepts and are sometimes referenced in Fate. For Kara no Kyoukai, watch the movies in chronological order (2 > 4 >3 > 1 > 5 > 6 >7), and for Tsukihime, read the VN (intended route order: Arcueid > Ciel > Akiha > Hisui > Kohaku), then Plus Disk, then Kagetsu Tohya, then play the story mode of Melty Blood Re-Act.
Anything beyond that is largely irrelevant.
