What is this expression trying to convey?

You know, I know chainsaw man fans cant admit it (mainly because they are SnK refugees, dont deny it) but it looks like Chainsaw Man wont reach the peak of SnK. SnKs final arc and ending was terrible and the timeskip had issues, but pre timeskip was one of the most kino thing in shonen and the timeskip was extremely interesting as the entire pre timeskip was setting up eren to do the insane shit he ended up doing (before the ending ruined it). I dont think Chainsaw Man can reach the peak. Denji is mostly done as a character and part 2 is basically a new story thats not going in a very interesting direction. I just dont think Chainsaw Man is the next best thing people are looking for

I think the only thing that will be the next huge thing is One Pieces final saga

Whole fucking manga was unironically carried by Erwin and some worldbuilding mysteries. Most of other characters were insufferable.
Eren was a screeching retard and even very unlikeable/annoying at early arcs. Armin is a whiny bitch with basic common sense that everyone treated like biggest genius of all times. And mikasa was "meh ereh" since the start.

My best guess for the next several chapters

102: First half is Asa at home talking to War about what War's goals are. Second half is the next day at school.
103: Devil hunting club day 2, more development for Yuko, maybe some hints as to what Yoshida is doing there.
104: Night into school day again after some more chats with War, more relationship building between Asa and Yuko, maybe introducing some other characters
105: Devil hunting day club 3, an actual fight starts happening for some reason, War takes control of Asa again for the fight. End of volume 1
106: First chapter of volume 2. Cacophony of violence, Yuko either dies here or lives for a lot longer

Remember that volume 1 of part 1 didn't really have any proper fights in it outside of chapter 1. Most of it was just character building. All of the "fights" in volume 1 outside of the first chapter were weak fiends and devils getting killed in one page, and I don't think part 2 will be doing the same thing here.
