Saitama was given a clear limit, despite how he can grow stronger. Saitama's true strength was a mystery that maybe or maybe not would eventually be revealed towards the end of the series. Saitamas SERIOUS PUNCH really WAS his actual serious punch. This change from the webcomic just seems so uneccessary. I hate it.
How are they going to handle the next big threat? They can't just pull a Garou again, the next villain will have to be even stronger. Saitama is not "the protagonist with EOS strength put into the beginning of the series" anymore, from now on he's just the strongest guy among other almost as strong guys. He's no longer the One Punch Man.
One punch man is no longer
why can't one punch man just one punch the current villain and kill him
Because the arc ends in one panel fucking stupid
isn't that literally the entire point and conceit of the manga or did i miss something
i haven't paid attention to this series in ten years
>i haven't paid attention to this series in ten years
You haven't missed a thing, consider never ever going past garou vs Deathgatling fight. It all goes downwards from there.
well the webcomic it's because he didn't want to kill a guy over nothing, in the manga it's because he's actually weak
saitama did it in the webcomic, but for some weird reason it got changed in the adaptation. who knows why? i dont follow it
OPM is going to enter it's final arc so it won't really matter.
Story by ONE
why'd he do it bros
Story By Murata
>This change from the webcomic just seems so uneccessary.
Being unnecessary doesn't mean being bad and I'm tired of this buzzword.
King isn't necessary
Sonic isn't necessary
Garou isn't necessary
Literally anything that isn't saitama isn't necessary
the next villain is God, dummy
This is literally how it has always worked, since the original webcomic days, you were just too much of a brainlet to understand until it was spelled out for you.
>Saitama was given a clear limit, despite how he can grow stronger
lol
>I can't understand big words, so I'm going to laugh to pretend I own the argument!
You'll get the context one day champ. I'm rooting for you.
By the way, you need to be +18 to be here.
>taking a gag seriously
lol
>HAHA, I was only pretending to be retarded!
Oh buddy. This is painful to look at.
>SERIOUS PUNCH really WAS his actual serious punch.
Spee D. Reader even in the webcomic after being hit with the Serious Punch he says Saitama never once 'bore his fangs'
lol
>, from now on he's just the strongest guy among other almost as strong guys. He's no longer the One Punch Man.
That was a big oversight by Murata, in the WebC there was a battle between Saitama and Garou but they were always careful that Garou didn't get too many hits from Saitama. This way the identity of "one punch" was maintained but in the manga it was directly an open battle between two individuals of the same caliber.
Saitama always starts off stronger than the opponent he is fighting, and grows exponentially. I don't see a problem here.
