I mean it's still nice but I'd rather Japan just learn to let go of biases. There are a lot of based black manga characters but they're always stereotypes or pastiches; as badass as Dutch from Black Lagoon is he is literally just Wesley Snipes. Tite Kubo is the only mangaka I know of that does diversity well and seems to do so without even trying.
