Fang Yuan is like a moralfag was intentionally taken to its logical extreme. He's dogmatic to the point that all other ideals, and even his own well-being, are dirt in comparison. He's pretty much the ultimate fanatic, which plays into the satirical element of the story, as he answers every moral complaint with "my morals > your morals" as he terrorizes the world with inhumanly efficient methodology.

Falls under any tier depending on how it's presented. If a person dogmatically supports slavery he becomes some flavor of moralfag, if he's someone like Michio who is primarily just an enthusiastic user of the slavery establishment, then he's a non-moralfag.

Anti-morality/negative-morality has a tendency to be a trap that turns into its own type of morality, just like how anti-spirituality tends to trap itself into making spiritual assertions.
