I got about 20 hours into Disgaea 5 (my first one) but ended up dropping it since there was just so many things to level up. I always try to keep everyone at around the same level in RPGs but my total roster quickly became like 50 guys and it got tedious as fuck to level up their skills, all I was doing was going into the item world to grind and never managing to keep up with all the new classes and skills to unlock.
Should I give it another shot?

I have the same problem. I start a new game and I just end up spending all my time trying to grind to get my new characters some levels. Then I get bored of it, drop it and then repeat the cycle later on when I feel like playing it again.
