It's silly gag nonsense that's pretty fun until you're stuck waiting for the next chapter releases. Almost everyone has a lose screw or two and the only sane one is MC and he's stuck playing the role of the easily annoyed straightman. Anime introduces most of the base characters but the manga expands that further with more relatives, classmates and strange story arcs so it never gets dull.
