If he was OP character he would have an obserbation and conqueror haki greater that the likes of Enel, Katakuri or Shanks; the same way Zoro was able to cut metal and rubble in Arabasta thanks to the development of his obserbation Haki, Musashi could do it against enything and have such a pressing presence that he could make people feel like they have been cut.
