Death and Rebirth and Death True 2 are basically the same movie but edited somewhat differently. Rebirth is the first half of EoE

Neon Genesis Evangelion Is the original series. It is sort of like Star Wars in the sense that it had a deep impact in the industry and pop culture. You might not realize it but many works were influenced by it and stuff they did for example Rei, the blue haired girl in your pic started a trend of quiet and cold/stoic pale girls that continue until today. Death and Rebirth and The end of Evangelion were films after the original series, Renewal are reboots, it start similar then go in a different direction.
