The problem is that Freeza's 100% power level is fucking ridiculous when you put it into perspective (120,000,000 vs. Ginyu's 120,000, where Ginyu is Freeza's strongest soldier), but I also think that's because the Daizenshuus just inflated the fuck out of the number just to make shit up.
