He would be a good villain if he continued with the "humans only exist to serve me" mentality he had, i see no problem with him becoming the second coming of Jesus Christ later on but i think he became that way too early in the palace invasion, if he only became good after losing his memories and remembering Komugi it would be perfect. Basically his egotistical personality and superiority complex should've lasted longer because it was far more interesting and would have made his reaction towards Netero's speech about humanity unlimited potential much more powerful.
