Holy shit it’s actually happening. This show was basically the most comfy isekai ever and I still casually rewatch it for some feel good times. It’s light hearted and funny without being too over the top with its comedy, it knew how to straddle the line between taking itself seriously but not too seriously.
Normalfags dog piled this show hard when it came out so the threads on Any Forums were probably shit, at least for the first few episodes

I watched it a few months ago when the second season was announced and it's very decent. I don't get why it was so trashed (only a 6.16 in MAL, what the fuck).
