time. I can watch anime while I'm eating or working out or whatever. harder to do that with manga. I do read when I can, though.

I either like books where I can do all the imagining, or anime/tv where it is done for me. I don't really like trying to add motion or fill in the gaps as to what is going on in manga/comic panels.

I read some. I don't generally enjoy it as much as watching anime though.
And despite mangafag claims there's usually very little difference between them.

Japanese not yet good enough to read in original, so it'd be english. At least with subbed anime I can pick up some words.
Seiyuus are a wonder of the universe and I don't know why I would do without.
Often I don't even know what's going on in manga because the pictures are cluttered, motion is unclear or I don't know who a speech bubble belongs to

Basically I don't even know why this is a discussion. Anime is better in every way as long as it has decent production value. Manga is a glorified story board

I don't really give a fuck about art quality beyond being able to tell what I'm looking at, and colour and motion help far more with that than artistic skill.

It's the contrary, retard. A subbed anime lets you experience the original language to some degree even if you don't fully understand it. Translated manga is just (more often than not poor) english

I prefer colors, movement, and sound when I'm consuming something for fun.
I do enjoy manga, but it's like a 50:1 proportion of what I consume.

Animation, color, sound, ost > still black & white pictures.

I only watch original anime.

because a lot of mangas I find interesting are either unfinished (or the translation was abandoned) or the scanlation is very low quality, badly edited and with broken english
