chapter 91-106 is the best arc before a long, long decline. Enjoy the marleykino. Stop reading teh story at chapter 123. You'll thank me later
James Hughes
When you say decline, do you mean like GOT, or it's just less in quality?
William Sanchez
Eren is a simp who gets his race nuked after he kills billions for Asian step sister cucking

Everything after 123 retroactively ruins the entire series
Jacob Gutierrez
I mean it ruins the characters, the tone, and the world all in one fell swoop. Spoilers Eren is ruined by turning out to be a crybaby. Everyone dies and is revived a la naruto. THen, in the end, Eren fails to even get world peace and paradis is nuked to oblivion.
Jordan James
I mean, maybe I'm wrong, but Eren has always been a crybaby who gets dragged by the rest of his frens to the finish line. And Paradis should be nuked for leaving the rest of their people behind. Friends coming back to life does sound dumb though, mortality was one of my fav things about this series. Unlike One Piece.
Maybe my tone will change reading on.
Jace Long
You sound like a 14 year old blm cuck
Ryan Roberts
Kek okay then, paly.
Asher Gonzalez
Massive decline in writing quality. The story starts meandering, focus switches to insignificant characters some of whom should have been killed off long ago, asspulls and cliche action movie tropes abound, terribly placed "comedy", even more flashbacks, pacing somehow feels both rushed and slow at the same time. Chapter 126 is basically the point of no return quality-wise, and has some truly cringe-inducing scenes. People seethe about the "ending" but the writing was on the wall long before that.
Yeah, they definitely have been throwing a lot of fucking plot twists at you since the Hostoria reveal. It gets kinda hard to go over all of it when talking to some people who never read/watched it.
Asher Parker
Eren was always a crybaby, but then he gets hidden for 4 years and all of his story is kept until the very end. He 'appears' to grow into a confident, capable, if not super edgy leader. Then, in the final chapter, he turns out to never have grown at all, literally he is the same child from the first chapter. He cries and holds Armins hand and begs mikasa to love him.
The real problem therefore is that edgy eren is the antagonist, while that isn't even the real eren. It feels cheap and retroactively makes all of post-timeskip worthless, as we never were following eren, only fake-eren.
Kevin Cox
>And It's pretty fucking based, not sure why people have given it shit. Must be normies or plebbits. Or be the author
Yeah, that's why I always described Eren as an anti-hero to people. He makes more mistakes than successes, but he's still the main character.
It's like these people never read Shakespeare
Levi Butler
Writing is exhausting kek
That's why I'm just writing a trilogy. So I don't grow sick of it.
Landon Mitchell
Though the edgy chad thing was obviously a facade, Eren was never a "crybaby", he went through legitimately horrific shit like his mom getting eaten alive in front of him and was completely justified in crying in those situations and still kept fighting. Compare to the other 104ths who start bawling in the middle of RtS because "noooo I don't want to fight Weiner and Bort even thought they're the dirty rotten traitors who kicked the wall down and tried to kill us all!"
Sebastian Martin
Sure, maybe "crybaby" is a bit of an exaggeration. Eren has always been "off the mark" though in terms of society. I think of that moment when he keeps stabbing that one dude who kidnapped Mikasa and rants about how he deserved it. Gave me Arya vibes in ASOIAF.
Both are right in their actions; just enjoy killing a bit too much.
Parker Hughes
>still kept fighting well, until he didn't because his friends were too important to him, you know, where he cried and didn't want to fight them
Camden Thompson
Kill yourself
Daniel Ross
You first, Marleyen.
Adrian Clark
I'm afraid of that same shit happening to me too in the boogaloo, ngl
