Me too. One of the issues is that I don't have any ideas though, I end up just asking friends for ones and then quit half way through.

Draw cute girls, motherfucker.
Draw them until you hands bleed.
Draw them until someone admits they fapped to your art.
Draw them until people are paying you for commissions.
Keep taking commissions until you get a mysterious email from an Aniplex representative asking you to do character designs for their upcoming show.

You probably won't get that far (because no one does), but you'll have fun in the process, and that's what matters.

also pro-tip for coomers who use sad panda: if you go into the artbook section you can find tons of different How-To Draw books available

Learn the fundamentals, look at your favorite artists and see what makes their pics so good, and just keep drawing.
Remember, you’ll always think your drawing don’t look the best, even if you’re really good so don’t be too hard on yourself. And stop drawing once it feels right, or else you’ll make tiny corrections that mess it up

You’ll make mistakes but don’t give up, besides, one of your drawings could mean something really special to someone one day!
