Trash or gem? Watched 3 episodes. It's super bland. Can't believe was made by the same dude of Ergo Proxy. Really a one trick pony
WHR
The only memorable part is how the OP rips off a Madonna video or how in the middle of the series they make you think an assault team shot all the supporting cast just to follow their next episode with, "LOL, PSYCH, WE USED RUBBER BULLETS." The Taku Iwasaki OST is some peak /y2k/.

>Trash
This one, the ending completely ruined it
What did you expect?
Tell us why.
>Really a one trick pony
True, given that Ergo Proxy is pretentious bullshit.
It was alright. Never seen Ergo Proxy.
How is it pretentious?
It's okay
There is literally no consistent story, so-randump game show episodes, no meaningful hidden meaning, and the characters are angsty 90's leftovers. I have to admit that it looks good. Except the edgy killer clown shit. Feels kind of like a VN adaption of some 2deep4you VN that doesn't exist.
Ultimately trash. The character designs are hit or miss and the story is a messy and poorly told. It has some nice moments but overall its forgettable.
It was released before Ergo Proxy
I think he meant that it shares character designs.
>overall its forgettable
Whose forgettable?
I liked this more than I liked Ergo Proxy
HOW?
So this is basically Darker than Black but with witches instead of contractors?
Poor writing the anime
Robin should've ended up with Michael. There was some contrast there. Amon was too much of a 2-dimensional emo faggot
I like the setting and the characters, but I felt the plot was rather underwhelming, except maybe the last eps when things actually start happening
