It gotta be able to negate/affect something other than negators. It seems way too specific that his negation only works on other negators' concepts, when this hasn't been the case for anyone else

Probably used Unchange for that. That begs the question, if he is able to use Unchange, does that mean that either there is a new Unchange negator, or if the negator dies seeing him as a threat he can keep using the ability?

It's still weird how he has Unchange. But his ability is based on how things are unfair while there's an upper limit to the number of abilities he can use so it kind of makes sense if you don't think about it too much.
