What's strange is that the thread for the fansubs () only had just over 100 posts while the last thread almost hit bump limit. It's not even because it was the thread for both the official subs and the raws for episode 3 because even before the raws came out that thread was far more active than the fansubs thread ever was.

Last week we had fansubs on Monday and yet the thread didn't live very long.

It's visual boredom. But alas everyone these days seem to be above fanservice, so no surprise. But at least they should expect no otaku caring about their show if that's the case, so dead threads everywhere for a dead show.

What circumstances should there be to accommodate fanservice?

I don't get it. Anons keep complaining about how dead fansubs are and yet when they come they don't care at all.

The stranger thing? STR threads still survive and get good activity with just fansubs. They didn't need to wait for Disney+ rips or whatever to talk about the latest episodes. I'm not sure why the same thing didn't happen with Prima Doll.

You don't need any circumstances to show a bit higher up their skirt, at least butt cheeks and such even if we don't see panties, but that would be ideal.

There's almost literally zero cute girl shows that show panties. Only almost, because there was a single one last season, RPG Fudousan, which slipped through the radars thanks to being a low profile cheap production, and censoring the original designs.
