But the one that made cry of joy was, I shit you not, the end of the first arc of Sword Art Online. When Kirito and Asuna had a final kiss when they got engulfed by light and Kirito woke up. I knew what that meant and I was so damn overcome with joy I cried and raised my fist with pure joy.
And a few other moments in Fairy Tail as well if it's any consolation.
