Why would they care? Small sacrifices for Nazarick's improvement will be acceptable. I'd argue that they won't care even about kingdom's genocide. In the end some kingdom people survived and will prosper under new rule. In the end it's their fault - should've never attacked that aid convoy to Holy Kingdom.

Hard to say. You have to account for the fact that their mental state will also not be the same once they "become" their character.

If he larped that hard as being evil, the transition would certainly slip skills in there to make that evil his default.

Imagine being a minor trading kingdom and for no reason demiurge thought it was a good idea to turn your civilians into meat worms because you said no to a very sketchy merchant.

Honestly, think about it rationally: we know that relations between guardians are a reflection of their creators relations. Which means we can deduce the relation between specific guild-members by how their NPCs act and react (on an instinctual level).
This poses a problem concerning Pandora's Actor.
As far as we know, every single NPC that has met him dislikes him in some way. Sure they envy him, they think he is brilliant, but do they actually like him? Does any of them regard him as a friend?
They think he's the weirdo loner, and they won't interact with him unless it's work-related.
So, considering what we know, would it be that far of a stretch to imagine that the NPCs feelings for PA, mimic those felt by the guild towards Momomga? They saw him as an important member of the guild, sure, but not really someone you would want to be friends with.
This also would explain why so few of his friends came back the last day of Yggdrasill: why would they care if non of their actual friends are around?

Yeah, the other "Supreme Beings" are all a bunch of dicks who just abandoned Momonga. I think Ainz is better off without those dead weights.

Many would say Touch Me would go ballistic, but given that he's a justiceman LARPer in a dystopian cyberpunk setting I think he'd aim for world domination with him at the top to ensure that the world does not fall into the same degeneracy real life did.
