Basically.
>Main guy/girl and all his/her family can swap genders once they reach puberty.
>They come from an island where everyone has the same ability
>Gets forced to marry the Chief daughter/son
>Escapes and fall into a hole, discovers the whole island is a spaceship
>The spaceship takes flight, explain the islander's abilities are because of their alien ancestors who mixed with humans.
>They reach the place where the spaceship came from, a sort of giant vine thing surrounding a star, its half destroyed and completely deserted.
>They return to earth but 10 years have passed due to light speed travel shenanigans, during the timeskip people became aware of the genderswaping islander and the protagonist doesn't have to keep the secret anymore.

Keep in mind the whole spaceship thing comes completely out of nowhere, is there for like 10 pages in the last chapter and has nothing to do with the rest of the story. Also they never solve the whole love triangle between the protagonist and the other two girls who wanted to be with him.
