Didn't Maya turn into a bulldyke in 3.0? Ritsuko broke with Gendo 14 years ago so who knows. It's easily retconnable

- I seriously doubt Ritsuko continued her relationship with Gendo during the Nerv vs Willie war. They had a brief scene in 3.0+1.0 and they acted like bitter exes

- Again, it's literally nothingburger but for years Anno has been very outspoken about Eva turning into a multientry franchise like Gundam after the rebuilds and he said that maybe there'll be a project that explain what happened during the 14 years timeskip and that can be literally anything for the little information we have so far
