this chapter introduces a new recurring character, the Agency for Cultural Affairs (文化庁). This one is text-based like Manga world, you can see it written on posters in the back of the class here . No scandal this time, this one refers to the Agency's "Media Arts Festival" held every year to celebrate and promote Japanese cultural activity. Every year since 1997 a competition is held and a grand prize has been awarded to works which have special cultural merit in four categories: Art, Entertainment, Animation, and Manga. In 2008 the SZS anime recieved a special recommendation from the selection comittee (though it didn't win the grand prize) and 文化庁 appears in the backgrounds of the manga since. there's also 3 Tsunetsuki, 1 pantyshot, 3 Uropen, 1 Amakudari-sama, 1 Miss Sakurai Yoshiko, 1 stork and baby, 1 stick dog, 1 black tear, 1 Mr. Asou Tarou, 1 Mr. Abe Shinzou, 1 eye of darkness, 2 AAA, 1 Kiyohiko, 1 god sticker, 1 Nyannyan, 2 funny sticker, 1 "The manga world shall be at peace." 0 Sento-kun, 1 Sanosuke, 1 Mr. Ishiba Shigeru, 0 Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, and 1 文化庁. Also saw an Itoshiki Chiru and a Shaft (really small). Tsunetsuki isn't hiding again. God sticker's name is (Nie) Independence.
